How to Download Your Pack

After purchase, you’ll receive access to your files in 2 ways:

  1. Order Confirmation Page (right after checkout)
  2. Email with download links (sent instantly)

If you can’t find your email:

  • check Spam / Promotions
  • search for: “SIIK Sounds” or “Order confirmation”
Tip: use a stable WiFi connection for large packs.

Where Do I Find My Order / Download Links?

Go to your account:

My Account → Orders → View → Downloads

If you purchased as a guest, your access is still sent to your email.

2) Account & Orders

I Didn’t Receive My Email

Most common reasons:

  • email went to spam
  • typo in email at checkout
  • delivery delay (rare)

Try this first:

  • wait 2–5 minutes
  • check spam
  • search “SIIK Sounds”

Still nothing? Contact us with:

  • your email
  • order number (if possible)

How to Reset Your Password

Go to: My Account → Lost your password?

You’ll receive a reset link instantly.

Can I Change the Email on My Order?

Yes. Contact us and include:

  • old email
  • correct email
  • order number / transaction proof

3) Downloads & Technical

My Download Isn’t Working

Quick fixes:

  • try another browser (Chrome recommended)
  • disable adblock temporarily
  • try on desktop (best for ZIP packs)
  • restart the download

If it still fails, message us and we’ll help fast.

ZIP File Won’t Open

Make sure you’re using a proper unzip tool:

  • Windows: 7-Zip / WinRAR
  • Mac: Unarchiver

If the ZIP says “corrupted”, it usually means the download was interrupted → re-download.

I’m Missing Files / Pack Looks Incomplete

This usually happens when:

  • the ZIP wasn’t fully extracted
  • extraction failed mid-way
  • download didn’t finish completely

Solution:

  1. re-download
  2. extract again using 7-Zip / WinRAR
  3. make sure your disk has enough space

Do Your Packs Work in My DAW?

Yes. All samples are standard audio files so they work in FL Studio, Ableton, Logic, Cubase, Studio One, Bitwig, Reason, etc.

Presets depend on plugin requirements (example: Serum presets require Serum).

What’s Included in Each Pack?

Each product page includes:

  • number of samples/presets
  • genre/style
  • formats included
  • compatible tools/plugins

Do You Offer Free Packs?

Yes. We drop freebies for every pack we release and also each month to our newsletter subscribers.

Do You Update Packs Over Time?

Some packs may get updates (extra loops, fixes, etc.). If a pack is updated, you’ll get access via your account downloads.

5) Licensing & Usage

Can I Use SIIK Sounds in My Released Tracks?

Yes. All packs are 100% royalty-free for music releases.

  • client work

Can I Resell Your Samples?

No ❌ You cannot:

  • upload samples to another sample pack
  • resell loops/presets
  • redistribute files
  • share download links

You can use them inside your own original music.

6) Refunds & Payment

Refund Policy

Check our Refund Policy for further information.

If something is wrong (duplicate charge, download issue, wrong product), we’ll help ASAP and make it right.

Contact support with:

  • order number
  • email
  • problem description

My Card/Payment Didn’t Go Through

Try:

  • another browser
  • another payment method
  • contact your bank (some block online payments)

If you were charged but didn’t get access, contact us immediately.

7) Troubleshooting (Fast Answers)

Quick Fix Checklist

Before contacting us, try:

  • check spam
  • log in → My Account → Downloads
  • re-download pack
  • extract using 7-Zip / WinRAR / Unarchiver
  • try different browser
