Right after checkout your files are in two places: on the order confirmation page and in the confirmation email. If you have an account, every pack you own is also in My Account → Downloads, ready to download again any time.

Large packs download best on a desktop with a stable Wi-Fi connection.

Most of the time the email landed in spam, or there was a typo in the email address at checkout.

Quick fixes:

• try another browser (Chrome works best)
• turn off your ad blocker for a moment
• download on a desktop, which is best for ZIP packs
• start the download again

If it still fails, message us and we’ll help fast.

Use a proper unzip tool: 7-Zip or WinRAR on Windows, The Unarchiver on Mac.

If the ZIP says it’s corrupted, the download was interrupted. Download it again.

This happens when the ZIP wasn’t fully extracted, extraction stopped half way, or the download didn’t finish.

• extract it again with 7-Zip / WinRAR / The Unarchiver
• make sure your disk has enough free space

Log in and go to My Account → Orders for receipts and invoices, or Downloads for your files. If you bought as a guest, your download links were sent to your email.

Go to My Account → Lost your password? and enter your email. The reset link arrives straight away.

Yes. Contact us with the old email, the correct email and your order number or proof of payment.

Yes. All samples are standard audio files, so they work in FL Studio, Ableton, Logic, Cubase, Studio One, Bitwig, Reason and others. Presets need their plugin, for example Serum presets need Serum.

Every product page lists the number of samples and presets, the genre and style, the file formats and the plugins you need. If anything is unclear, ask us before you buy.

Yes. Every release comes with a free pack, and newsletter subscribers get more each month. Free packs download straight from their page after you enter your email: see Free packs.

Some packs get updates such as extra loops or fixes. When a pack you own is updated, the new files are in your account downloads.

Yes. All packs are 100% royalty-free for music releases: Spotify and other streaming, YouTube uploads, DJ sets and client work.

No. You can’t put the samples into another sample pack, resell loops or presets, redistribute the files or share download links. You can use them inside your own original music.

If something is wrong (a double charge, a download problem, the wrong product), contact us with your order number, email and what happened, and we’ll make it right.
