How to request a refund
If your pack isn’t what you expected, contact us within 3 days and we’ll issue your refund as quickly as possible.

Bundles (Partial Refund Policy)
Bundles include multiple packs at discounted value. Because of this, we do not offer full refunds on bundles. Only partial refunds (equal to the value of 1 sample pack) may be issued.
Refund request limit
We allow 1 refund per 6 months per customer. After a refund is issued, you’re eligible again 6 months after the refunded order date.
Important terms
- Refunds remove your license: once a refund is issued, you lose the right to use any SIIK Sounds files (samples, presets, loops, vocals, MIDI, or any other downloadable content).
- Fraud prevention: if we detect fraudulent behavior (e.g., purchasing, downloading, and requesting a refund to keep using the files), we reserve the right to deny a refund at our discretion.
- EU digital content rule: the standard 14-day EU cooling-off period no longer applies once the product has been downloaded. We can verify download status via our delivery provider. Our 3-day guarantee still applies.
- Refund reason required: we require a detailed reason for the refund request. This helps us improve and prevents abuse of the policy.
- No refunds for accidental purchases: please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.
