Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual right to use Sounds you obtain through SIIK Sounds in combination with other sounds to create new recordings (“New Recordings”) for commercial and non-commercial purposes, except as prohibited below.
5.2 Creative Works
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual right to use Sounds in other creative works (e.g., video games, film/TV, radio, live performance, vlogs) for non-commercial and commercial purposes, except as prohibited below.
5.3 Prohibited Uses
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, you may not:
- sublicense Sounds in isolation as sound effects, loops, or source material for other samples
- use Sounds competitively against SIIK Sounds or its licensors
- sell, loan, share, distribute, or transfer Sounds except as incorporated into a New Recording or Creative Work
- redistribute Sounds in new sample packs
- use preview sounds beyond internal previewing
- use Sounds as source/training material for AI or generative systems
- use any artist name/image/likeness without permission
SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us and limit/cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations or conditions.
